TranscendWords is an AI-powered tool I developed, which allows users to translate books into 30 different languages for free. Though still in development, it is already being utilized to create and publish public domain books, particularly those that have never been translated into Ukrainian. Through a partnership with Metanoia.mba and Toloka VC, over 20 books have been officially published and distributed online.

Currently, working on a reader app that will enable users to suggest and vote on translation improvements, refining the AI-generated content. The project integrates a DeepL AI for translation, but to support .epub files—an ebook format not natively supported by DeepL—I implemented a pretty complex algorithm and had to implement .xhtml translation capabilities, allowing for full compatibility.

Additionally, I fine-tuned an LLM for detecting mistakes in AI translation, which significantly improved translation quality. However, this “advanced translation” feature is not currently available to the public.
